Photo Diary: The Welcome

Because recently I was quite pressured and stressed out about everything, thus, no entries in this blog, I thought of a way to update you of the happenings in my life, I am introducing one category in here.

This shall be called Photo Diary, an entry of the collection of photos about particular events or a subject that interests me. In short, where words fail me, let the pictures speak for themselves.

Hoping you’ll enjoy the pictures as much as I do taking, looking at, and being in them.

I Declare

I came across Joel Osteen through Twitter when his words were re-tweeted by those personalities I followed. And then I Liked his fan page in Facebook.

He is the American counterpart of Bo Sanchez. His words are inspirational; they are encouraging and motivating.

Through his FB page, I learned then of his to-be released book entitled I Declare which piqued my interest. The book was released last September 18 if I am not mistaken and I checked it last Friday in National Bookstore in Megamall. I believe it was meant for me since it was their last copy then.

I Declare: 31 Promises to Speak Over Your Life consists of 31 daily positive declarations/affirmations since words, according to the book’s introduction, have creative power. Its like what we say today will affect our future.

Each of the 31 declarations is divided daily to, I think, give the reader time to really feel and believe and sink in the words.

I haven’t finished reading the book but I must say that though I already know those declarations I’ve read so far, I was kinda more motivated to speak and consequently think more positive with the explanations and/or real-life experiences that supported each of the 31 declarations.

Here and today:

1. I Declare God’s incredible blessings over my life.
2. I Declare I will experience God’s faithfulness.
3. I Declare I have the grace I need for today.
